Email function on reportnet server doesn't work

I have been trying to config email funciton on our production crn server, but no luck. recently, I set log level as 4 to try to get more info on this issue,
I checked log file, I always get below message,
CNC-NCQ-0013 Unable to write messages to the storage database.

I know if successful, I should get message like below,
CNC-SDS-0337 Message with subject [Report: Report Name] for task [] was sent.

Can you shed some light what aspect could this issue be related to?

I am really anxious to know the answer.

Forget it It is working right now after truncating user objects in content store and reinstallation.
