Email from MS Entourage using addresses in FMP

I volunteer my time to run the db/website of a charity (

We send out a monthly newsletter by email. We have the email addresses plus other info of the people who receive the newsletter in a FMP 5 db. There are various reasons why we have not set up a list server which I won't go into. I would like to send the monthly newsletter that I prepare in MS Entourage using the email addresses in FMP.

I am new to scripting. Is there a way I can do this? Commercial plug-ins are too expensive for us to purchase.
