Email from Excel not seeing Contacts

The "File -- Send To -- Mail Recipient" items in both Excel and Word 2000 are not seeing the contacts listed in Outlook 2000. Also, spell checking is not functioning in the email being created this way.

This is happening on a new PC running XP Professional SP2. This worked fine on the old PC running W2k. I recently transfered the Outlook data to the new PC by copying the Personal Folders files, and everything works fine within Outlook. There's just no communication with Excel or Word. Could they be looking to Outlook Express for contacts instead of Outlook? Where is this connection set up?
