is there a way that i can set up an automatic email system using a record as a subject and another one as a body and of course another on as an address?
thank you for your help

At a guess - you don't mean "record" do you !

You could have one table containing e-addresses

Another table containing Subject and Message content in two fields.

You can then take the Subject and Content from one RECORD and mail it to all of the e-addresses in the E-Address table by cycling through all of the RECORDS in that table.
