We are moving our users to Exchange 2003 in stages. So we need to be able to forward emails from the old 5.5 box to the new Exchange 2003 mailboxes.
I have setup a custom recipient for the user and set the delivery options within the users mailbox to point to the custome recipient. This works fine if the user is sent an email internally, i.e. from another user on the same system. However, if an email is sent externally, i.e. from yahoo or a client, the email doesn't get passed on. I have unchecked the "Disable replies to the internet" option in the IMS connector.
Has anyone any ideas on this???
