Email forms

Does anyone know where I can configure frontpage server extentions to allow email. I am in the admin but cannot find the option. And frontpage keep giving me an error when I try to email form results.

Running
Windows Small business server 2003
Sharepoint 2003
IIS 6
Frontpage 2003
Frontpage Server extensions 2002
