Email Field

Hi all,

So I would like my users to be able to fill in the email filed, they click it, a boxx opens and you put the email in, but they cannot press ok ( Its greyed out)

But if I do it (Master access) then its ok.

Standard users being able to fill in the email field would make things alot more efficient.

So my question is... How can I allow my users to edit the email field?

Check your Users' Settings. I'm guessing that you have something(s) unchecked in the Contact Group of the Access tab.

If not, it could be that you have an Expression at the Field Level itself that may be blocking.

Try creating a new UserID.
Login with that UserID, and test the E-mail Address field.

It is always helpful to tell us the full version & build as it may just be a version issue.
