Email Distribution w/Link to a Report 1

Rather than fill up email boxes with large reports, does anyone know a way to distribute a LINK to a report that resides in Crystal Enterprise without a large amount of development?

I have from Crystal, a csp page that gets the "latest instance" of a report by report ID. The example file they sent me is ce8_getinstance.exe. I have updated it somewhat (still in progress) to retrieve the instance as a pdf file. The idea is for the users to use this link to always have access to the most recent copy of a scheduled report without having to use eportfolio.

I'm pretty sure this feature is included in the new CE 9 version which has released.
