Email disclaimers

Is there any way to add an email disclaimer for all email users on a server? Can you do it through the admin program? Or do you have to use a third party product?

I also would like to know the answer to this question, but the reply refers to Windows 2000 and we are using Exchange 5.5 (under Microsoft SBS).
