I need to email report to each sales rep containing their individual weekly stats. I have a query, sorted by rep, with each rep's statistics (and email address).
1. I can generate print report with page break that prints each sales rep on seperate page.
2. I can generate a filtered report that prints a seperate report for each sales rep.
Is there any way to use mail merge so that seperate email message is generated for each sales rep automatically, in a batch process, with just that sales reps stats on the email? And then send the email automatically on a schedule (say each monday). I wld prefer merging into the body of the message but a .snp or .pdf attachment wld also work.
Can someone pls point me in the right direction? Thanks.
