I have an user complaining that he sometimes dont get Internet email send to him.Internally works fine.
If i use message tracking on Exch it shows that he was a recipient but why wont he get the emails.
How can i check that the email actually was delivered to his mailbox.

If message tracking shows that he has received it, then he has.

Check his client for odd ruled or views, check spam filtering/blacklisting etc.

To rule out some of the rules/view, you might have that user set up a new email profile on that workstation and use it for a day and see if that behavior goes away. As Noveyron said, it's likely that the user has built this problem himself, and you'll need to find a way to clear some of the complexity away.

What makes him think he's not getting them? Is it that his mate Fred is sending them and he's not receiving? That might help you track down the reason.

I tend to find this is caused by incorrect email address (not in your case) or a rule moving or deleting the email.

His mailbox is set to default settings so all email should show. Message tracking shows he was a recipient but when i click on message for more details i noticed error message that the database log file E00.log is corrupt.

And nothing else in the Exchange Server event log to show that E00.log is corrupt? Literally just this error shows that?

What event ID and service?

Dont see anything in the event log. Message tracking shows a few email messages then the error message.

---------------------------
Exchange System Manager
---------------------------
The tracking database file \\Email_Servername.log\E00.log is corrupted near byte offset 2621170.

Facility: Microsoft Exchange Management
ID no: c1032750

Check his Junk Email folder. And if it is coming from the internet, do you have a spam filter?

Found the problem. User had custom setting for email sizes not larger than 4 MB. Should have check there in the first place!!!!

Message tracking however still have a problem. It only finds a few messages then this error:

The tracking database file \\Email_Servername.log\E00.log is corrupted near byte offset 2621170.
