Environment: Ms Access 2007/Infopath 2007/Outlook 2007.
When I use Ms Access 2007 to collect data via email and generate an InfoPath form, can I change the form (color, title etc) save it and then resent it and be able to keep the data collection functionality?

Need to know if that's possible or if there are any tricks that I could use to perform that functionality.

Your guidance and/or suggestions are welcome.

Luis Roman

How about stepping through what you want to do... in a post here, and see if you can get any help after that... also a little more specifics if possible...

I'm guessing email via Outlook, data collection in Access, and form via Infopath.

Apologies for not explain what I was trying to accomplish. However, I just figure out how to do it and completed the testing. However, what I was trying to do is to use an InfoPath 2007 form to capture data from all users using 2007 Outlook and process form in outlook to add/update record in an access database. The limitation on access that I was trying to correct is that once access submit a form I cannot save it to keep reusing it. My objective was to keep reusing the form generated by outlook but don't believe that reusing infopath form through access cannot be reuse.

Thank you for taking the time to review my post.
