Is there a way I can email the report to someone I am using VB6 and Crystal Report 9 by using VB6 coding or Crystal Report dll ? thanks

Sure, but this will depend on the email service you intend to use.

Here's the old CR 8 version using the RDC so it should work fine in CR 9 as well:
