I am trying to email 4 input text areas to a designated e-mail address. The 4 inputs are located within a comments page.

<CFMAIL TO="user@domain.com"
FROM="#form.emailfield#"
SUBJECT="Enter your subject"
server="enter your smtp server">

ENTER ANY TEXT HERE

NOW INCLUDE THE COMMENT BOXES:
#Form.Comments1#
#Form.Comments2#
#Form.Comments3#
#Form.Comments4#

</CFMAIL>

If you are collecting the visitor's email address, you can set "From" as a form item, ie. #Form.Email#

Name your comment boxes something similar to what I've done above, ie. Comments1, Comments2, etc. Then just post your form to this page and the email will be sent to the address specified in "To"

Hope this helps.
