Hi All,

Is there any way of removing a GM user from the Email Centre?

I have some admin users that rarely use GM, and telemarketing users who use it all the time. The telemarketing users often send emails to admin as "goldmine users", rather than other recipients - and admin don't pick them up because they don't use Goldmine email centre.

How can I work it so that my admin users receive emails straight into Outlook?

I've tried using GM Rules without success.

the only way i figured ws to create a company record, with the external goldmine email attached to that...the GM users than use that record to send an email, rather than a GM Mail

Sorry but if you need to remove a user you remove them altogether.
