Email body collapsed when forwarding or replying

Hi,

I have an email from person A, sent to B, sent to me.
The email is in html format and so is my mail client, when I hit reply, reply to all or forward it shows only part of the email, it's as tho all the html is stripped and the entire body (previously a few pages) collapsed into a few lines.

If I drag and drop the email into a new message, the entire email is encompassed as an attachments.

Any way I can get the reply, reply to all to work ok?
