I need to implement a procedure for backup of emails after 1 year. But my attorneys don't want to archive to their hard drive. They want it burned to cd's for safe keeping. The only people with burners are the IT Dept. Does anyone know a good way to do this? Help Please

Here's a few ideas:

If you have GW6 you can set them up to use caching mode and then burn a copy of the caching mail store to CD or DVD.

You could have them archive what they want to save and burn the archive to CD.

There's also a program (name escapes me right now) that will back up email in a file file format for long term archival storage.

Blessings

Jeff
