Does anyone know of a good autoresponder? I am looking for something I can put on my site that customers can enter their email address and the autoresponder will send them a list of monthly specials, newsletters, etc. The following link is an example of what I am looking for. Thanks in advance.

Are you looking for words or the program? Most web hosts provide an auto-responder for free (most provide unlimited).
There are a couple of ways to set it up. You can use an ASP script & then generate an auto-responder from the server side. Or you can Set up repsonders on Outlook using the specific subject (in the example above, they use Chief Aircraft Inc. as the subject).
