Email Attachment blocked due to security in outlook

Outlook blocks attachments with certain extensions (like MDB). It says these are Level 1 attachements and can never be received. I heard there is a registry setting that can fix to open for all attachments. How do I do this?

Sounds like your Outlook is referencing your Internet Explorer security settings. I would check your settings in IE under Tools\Options\Security\Custom Level and see if it allows downloads.

This may not be your best option but its a starting point. Chuck

Our virus scan software blocks certain file types such as this. We use Winzip to get around them.
