email asp form w/information

I've created a form in asp. The client inputs his information and then clicks on the submit button to send the information to me. Is it possible to send the form to me with the information the client entered? Currently I don't send the form only the information. I would like to send both.

what do you mean by send the form. The way the HTML appears? the field names? Do you want it to look as though it was a printout of the form page?????? I may not get it the 1st or 2nd time,
but how sweet that 15th time can be.

Yes I want to receive in the email the form, with the information in the boxes. Currently I'm sending the data and the field names.
