Email arrived but sender geting error message

Hi,
I am using outlook 98, when some body send me a mail, i recieve this mail but the sender received a error message
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipient.

In exchange server event viewer i have seen the following entry with event ID 290. I have exchange server 5

A non delivery report (reason code transfer failure and diagnostic code recipeint unavailabe) and at end it state
MTA disp result 22 136 (12).

can anybody help me.
