Email Alias? for lack of better word

I have a Exchange Server 2000 working perfectly with familyname.biz (example: *@johnson.biz)however I will like to know how I can set up secondfamilyname.familyname.biz(example *@lopez.johnson.biz). I know that if I add another SMTP email with *@lopez.johnson.biz they will be able to send but not received. Do I need to add another MX record or just add lopez.johnson.biz in my DNS manager?

2. Recipent policy for the mail domain so that exchange knows to accept it.
