Let me redo my question:
We are using AccessXP as interface and also database.
We have all the forms on the front and all the tables and quaries on the back.
My question is, is there anyway that I can add a botton on the form or on the menu, so the person who log in will see the emails. Also aftre the person checks the email, the email will be sorted under each clients(there could be a botton or automatically). And we will be able to retrive all the emails that one customer has been sending us.
The point is we won't be needing to open other applications to all the aboves.
