Email addresses remaining in the Central Management Console

Hello
I have over 2000 users of InfoView at my company. When a user schedules a Crystal Report, selects Destination>Email (SMTP), and enters an email string, the string apprears whenever another user logs in to schedule an instance of the same report. Is there a way to delete the email string so the next user will not see the previous string?
