Email Addresses in Access

I have a field that contains email addresses. Is their a way to get the email addresses in access into Yahoo mail?

I tried saving them in excel as a .csv file, but could not import them into yahoo mail.

try to look for forums about importing to yahoo i really dont know how yahoo works i use only MS Software's and in this case i use MS Outlook
