I have FP ver2002. I want to collect email adresses from my guests visiting my web site. At the present time, they fill out a one line form and click submit. It then goes to my email address in Outlook Express. Then, I must manually add them (one at a time)to my address book in Outlook Express. This is very time consuming. Is there a way that email addresses can be submitted, going directly into the address book, without my help? or addresses go to a file where I can import all new email addresses into the address book once a week?

I don't think it's possible for an email address to be automatically added to an address book by a web-server, but you might be able to save all your addresses to a file, then do a mass import:

Not having used FP2002, not sure what options are available, but one might be to save form submits to a comma separated file, then use outlooks import function to bring them into an address book.

Another option might be to look at what free mailing-list managers are about, and look into getting one setup, might take some of the hassle out of it all....

Another way to get addresses in your phone book, is to set your option to save all address that you send return mail to, and then send a simple form letter, (which can be created with your signature option) to the visitor.
