Email Address AND Title for Additional Contacts

I want a query to get email addresses and titles for the additional contacts held in CONTSUPP. I cannot find a way of associating the two separate lines that carry these pieces of information

I need to create 4 or 5 new filters for each of my 50 goldmine users. There are minor customisations I need to make to each one but the vast majority of each filter will be standard. Does anyone know of a way I can create one standard set and then roll them out to each user? For various reasons I don't want to use PUBLIC filters.
Any advice will be gratefully received.
