Email account setting

I got a problem in creating email account in Exchange 2000 server. I have several domains and I want to create the same alias in different domain. However, i can't logon to the emails. The followings are the scenarios what I did for that :

1) create different account e.g. customer_a,customer_b, customer_c and emails customer@companyA.com, customer@companyB.com, customer@companyC.com. I matched the accounts to email, but i can't logon using Eudora with account name customer_a, customer_b or customer_c. Howerver, I can logon using username:customer and receive all companyA, B and C email. If I use logon name: customer_a, customer_b or customer_c, logon fail.
