Email a Hyperlink 1

I need some help. I created a automation email procedure. The problem is i'd like to include a hyperlink in my message. The hyperlink i'm trying to email has spaces in the path. Outlook then breaks the hyperlink where the space are. Does anybody have an answer or a work around for this. I'm dieing on this problem.

In your hyperlink address instead of the space, you must put %20

For example, instead of http:

http://www.tek

tips.com it would be http:www.tek%20tips.com

Great tip. I distribute software from an FTP server to users using hyperlinks by sending them a Word embedded Email with the hyperlink embedded in the document. When they click the hyperlink it opens a WinZip executable file and automatically loads it to their application directory. It took quite a bit of research because I apparently didn't have the right books. I believe your tip will keep me from having to do some more.
