I´m using Crystal Reports 10 and Crystal Enterprise 10.
I wonder if it´s possible to edit the alert message, so the receiver of the email gets information about the alerts.
I have for example in this case a report that runs daily, but only have records that meets the criteria say ones a week.
So now I want to email with a message like this:
'These are the articles that have missing article information: xxx, yyy'
I tried using a formula in the report to collect the article number (xxx, yyy), but it seems that I can't refer to that formula when editing the alert message.
Does anyone know how to do ?
