emai lost in yahoo account

Hi,

Someone sent me an order confirmation email fours times from HongKong to my yahoo email account(US) between Saturday and Monday and I did not receved. I verified that the email address is correct(They sent me the original sent item to another email account).

Did anyone have the similar experience?

Any idea to prevent this happen again?
