EM not Retrieveing Phones

When I try to do a Retrieve and Reconcile for all phones, I get

HTTP Status 404 - /bccWeb/src/jsp/telephone/.jsp

I have all the latest sig server, call server, and loadware patches on the system. Any help will be great, thanks!

Logout EM.
Login to the command line .
Use the command : appstart JBoss-Quantum restart .
Then wait up to 5 minute until ucm is ready again.

Or sometime there is a problem with the version of IE .
Tray a IE 7 or 8 when avaible. ( Virtual PC or so )
