EM alternative withour SQL 2000

Is there an alternative to EM for users whose database is hosted as shared on the web by an ISP?

There is a web based enterprise manager available at

http://sourceforge.net/projects/asp-ent-man/.

There is also one from Microsoft, but I can't seam to find the link for it any more.
