EM 5.4 MR1 touchscreen cannot deploy changes

Hi,
i made an upgrade from Micros RES 4.7 to Micros RES 5.4.1
The packet #1 was received sucessfully, but the touchscreens are blank.
In the table em_pending_touchscreen are with touchscreen and cannot deploy to the database.

In EM log appears this message:

UMT 2: Exception trapped in "OpenExecute()" with error message "[Sybase][ODBC Driver][SQL Anywhere]La clave principal de la tabla 'em_published_data_def' no es exclusiva: Valor de la clave principal ('14487')".</EVENT>
<EVENT ID="9" DATETIME="2017-05-12 11:40:33">UMT 2: SQL Access Error in "OpenExecute()" executing "call micros.spem_AfterReceive(0)".</EVENT>
<EVENT ID="10" DATETIME="2017-05-12 11:40:33">UMT 2: SQL Access Error in "DoAfterReceive()" executing "spem_AfterReceive".</EVENT>
