Hello,

I'm having a problem on MX-ONE TSW SP4 with ELU34 R7F boards.

When connecting analog extensions on long distances (around 850 ohm loop resistance), I do not get dial tone on some of the individuals on ELU34 boards. Note that when I change the same cable to another individual (on the MDF), I get the dial tone, so I know its not a problem with my cable.

Any ideas on what the problem may be? I can see in ALEX that ELU34 should support up to 1800 ohm loop resistance...

I don't see R7H? There is R7G on infochannel, but no R7H yet?

R7G has major problem with no ring tone and only 1 ring for transferred calls R7H fixes this and is on download area/field trial/bc13

Thanks Craig,

Problem solved with R7H!!

Why I can`t find bc13 in field trial folder!
I`m using R7G but would like to try R7H.
All I can get is R7F from FW download area, but F is bad, replaced it with G, which is working better in my cases.
Any help?

You can find it in MD110, Correction Validation, BC13 Correction Validation, TSW SP6, FW.
