Anyone have experience with?
TMLOAD Time for automatic gatekeeper discovery and IP load distribution routine.

I have 4 ELU31 cards and need to use load distribution.
120 IP-phones.

Well if you put all card in the same LIM you do not have to worry. The TMLOAD parameter states the update time that the gatekeepers (one in each lim) use to inform each other of the current load. If you will use this you also need to configure a domain for the GK.
