ELU28/3 R2A Dialog 4223 TSW/sp08

Hi, I have configured a phone DBC223 with two console with itype 30, on a card ELU28 / R2A but does not work. I have read the documentation that Alex card supports the phone in D4 mode from Release R3A. What exactly should I do considering that I can not replace the card, maybe upgrade the firmware of the phone? I thank in advance those who would help me.

pretty sure D4 mode needs R3A

but there is a way to make the phone in D3 mode?

The same problem. Phones from version R5A,
reload board firmware R2A. Can share the firmware on the board ELU28 R3A or higher. address lazarevdn@nefteygansk.com
