ELU 31 with s/w CAA 158 0010- R12A

Dear Sirs

We have observed that upgrading ELU31 with the newest s/w CAA 158 0010-R12A, requires that you end (delete) the bases [with CXRFE:FPI=,RPN=], in order that the upgrade of the EL31 board is performed with success.
Any comments and experiences to this issue are welcome!

as always with the ELU31, you must block it before upgrading (BLDBI). this will achieve the same effect as CXRFE;
