have 3 new elo 1529L touchcomputers and the msr readers arent reading. anyone have any issues with these touchcomputers msr's? any fixes?

Not familiar with the computer:

Is this an all-in-one?

Is there a light on it?

Does it need to be plugged into KB port directly? (it needs some type of access the kb, whether internally or plugs right in)

Open note pad in the OS, bring it to the foreground, and swipe it-see if anything happens...

It is an Elo brand all in one unit.

No light on this MSR.

From what i can tell it plugs onto the mother board via a clip with 4 or so wires... or a board that connects to the mother board. no standard ps or serial connection on the machine.

Open note pad in the OS, bring it to the foreground, and swipe it-see if anything happens...

nothing happens when i try and run it through notepad... there is an HID test option which seems to read the card though.. but he does not recognize it with Aloha running.

If the MSR has a USB interface, Aloha should work fine without configuring anything. If it is OPOS, configure it in Aloha Manager.
