Ellipse winview date format

I have a problem with date format :
* in Ellipse district control information, the date format is day/month/year
* in Winview/MSQ, the date format is month/day/year
The MSQ uses date format based on regional PC setting.
Do you have a work around for MSQ flag not using PC setting ?
