I'm new to this forums but what stuff I've read seems to be the only place to get real help and answers to complex problems.
The business I'm currently working for use Mincom Ellipse \ Work Parcel Manager etc.
But in some instance we have users logging in to Ellipse with their username and password and then ellipse disappears?
We have gutted these machines and re-installed fresh and nothing seems to work - we discovered that putting on .net4 fixed the issue temporarily but then it would come back an hour or day later.
The only way other than this to fix the issue is to rebuild the machine's?
Have any of you experienced this same issue before and resolved it or is there something that I may be able to try to get his resolved. It's driving me nuts.
