Please Help,
With CoSession I can put the NEC user name but can't find the password. I read in another thread that the security code can be found in avent.avd and avapplic.avd. So I pulled the files from the CF and looked in these files with notepad. I can't find it. Please help either to locate the password or to factory default.
Thank you.

Wasn't there something you could do to reset the voicemail to brand new though? If I recall, it was flipping a dip switch and rebooting and something.....

Escape out of the banner to the utility mode then dearchive the default data base and start over.

Thank You, Fixin!
I restarted with dipswitch 2 and 4 on, and connected with CoSeession. Used utility menu and loaded default database and rebooted and I'm in. Thank you again.

Fixin:

Nice to see that you're still around! Still waiting for you to come up and have a beer with me sometime.
