Hi,

VMS 4 was on loan to a customer. I inherited the job of restoring it to normal for future use.

If I hit F7 to delete a subscriber, then yes to confirm, the vmail says critical error and reboots.

If you just need to default the card, here is an easy way.

Exit out the the DOS prompt (hit escape from the banner screen and enter your login ID to exit) on the card and go to the option that is something like 'restore database.' Sorry I can't remember it exactly and I'm not looking at the card.
