Elite VMP Voice Mail 1

I am new to NEC voice mails. I just became an NEC dealer , but have not gone to voice mail training yet.

I have a demo system (IPK with VMP voice mail) that I have set up and when I dial the Voice Mail pilot number (in this case 300), the system asks me for a securty code. I am calling from ext 102 which I have set up a mailbox for and even left a message in it from another extension.

My problem is I cannot figure out the "default" security code to get into mailbox 102. I even went in through the admin mailbox 632 and it said thewre was not a security code set for subscriber mailbox 102.

Can someone tell me how to get into this mailbox for the 1st time? I could also use a VMP user guide if anybody has one they can email to me.

0327 is default sec code for all new VMP voice mails.
