vm is being used in electra elite ipkII. from the 555 directory, one particular extension will not transfer to the phone, it seems to circle back around to the opening greeting. the directory finds the name and ext, and says it is transferring, but never does. same thing happens when just dialing the extension direct from within the greeting.
when calling the ext directly from another desk phone. it rings a few times and then goes to vm, as it should. any ideas?
