I have just installed an Elite IPK and the customer would like a night button which would send all incoming calls to VM box 100 after 4 Rings. I believe that I can have a day and a night greeting per VM box is this correct?

For the forwarding to VM at night is this done through forwarding on the system or in the VM system itself.

Thanks

Assuming you are using an NEC VMP voicemail, the mailboxes do not have day and night greetings. However, transaction boxes do have day and night greetings. So you could create a transaction box of 100 (delete mailbox 100) and record a seperate day and night greeting. You would need to go into 3-42 and 3-43 and set the incoming lines to DIT to 100, then go into 3-61 and set DIT Delay. That way it would ring for 10 or 20 seconds before the call DIT's to 100.
