My system has developed an unusual behavior.
Day Mode: Incomming CO calls are set to be answered by the Opening Box if the reception area does not answer in 4-5 rings. This has worked as programmed up until recently. At present, in Day Mode: Outside callers now hear "Please enter your security code" instead of the Day Mode Opening Box greeting. All other function work normally. This only is affecting callers that do not get a human answer in Day Mode. It is as if the system now believes that outside CO lines are internal callers.
Night Mode:
Night mode works fine. All calls are answered by the Night Mode Opening Box Greeting Correctly.
System has been fully rebooted multiple times. Database checked for errors, etc.
