How can I have this setup...........When an extension is on a call, the second incoming calls ring before going to Voicemail. (Call forward no answer setup)
Right now they go to voicemail when on a call direct.(Call forward Busy no answer).
First you have to set up a cf/na code under access code digit assignment..i normally use 49...for 020..cf/na...then set cf/na code on phone...also adjust cf/na timer if needed..also if u dont have appearing line keys..u need to assign a cap/car key.....
Thanks for your response. I setup this new user extension 102 with new mailbox. They have 2 CAR keys. Other sets in office go to VM after so many rings already, so I think there is a code there.(I inherited this site).
How can I find out in the NEC SAT software that there is already a CF/NA code.
Can I email you the config of the switch?
