Logged-In ACD Agents
Note: The license file plugin maps these 3 feature keywords into the single feature "Logged-In ACD Agents" on the customer options form. The order of precedence is as follows:
1) ELT = Logged-In ACD Basic Agents VALUE_LOGGIN 0 5200
2) DLX = Logged-In ACD Basic Agents VALUE_LOGGIN_DLX 0 5200
3) basic = Logged-In ACD Basic Agents VALUE_LOGGIN_ELT 0 5200

When the license is installed, this number may be truncated for the platform limit. See RFA Feature Keyword Job Aid at See Appendix A for a listing of the maximum allowed capacity (i.e. truncation limit) of this feature by platform type and release.

On your systems:
You can see what the license is set to for Logged-In ACD Agents: Available and System Limit around page 5 of Commnad: display capacity in a CM SAT session

There are platform restrictions for the total numnber of extensions. The S8300 is 450. The S8500 is 2400. The S8730 will accomodate the full 5200 agents.
