Elite ACD Plus connection error

I am running Elite ACD Plus Server. I just relocated the software onto a Windows 2000 Terminal Server. When I launch the ACD Server module I get the following error:

Elite ACD Server has encoutered an error
(Module)mosKSU::Function ProcessAgentGroupGetData
(#10720, ER=9,V=2.3.0
Subscript Out Of Range
Press "OK" to continue "Cancel" to quit Application

I am using the default ID + password and connected serial to the switch.

Did you also move the dongle / security key on the parallel port over?
